Welcome to the Femme Lead Membership! These terms and conditions (“Membership Terms”) govern your access to and use of Femme Lead’s membership services, including exclusive community groups, event discounts, coaching calls, and digital product benefits.

By purchasing a Femme Lead membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Membership Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

 

Femme Lead offers a subscription-based membership service granting access to exclusive content, a private networking group, discounts on merchandise and events, complimentary coaching calls, and digital products.

• The membership is valid on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as stated at the time of purchase).

• You may cancel your membership at any time. See the FAQ Section for more details.

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

 

• Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

• By signing up, you confirm that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete.

3. MEMBER BENEFITS

 

As a Femme Lead member, you will receive:

• Access to a Private Community Group: Entry to our members-only digital platform for networking, discussions, and events.

• Discounts on Events and Merchandise: Exclusive member-only discounts on Femme Lead’s physical events and merchandise.

• Complimentary Coaching Calls: Free access to group coaching calls held on a regular basis.

• Digital Product Access: Access to digital resources, such as worksheets, affirmation cards, journals, and other empowering tools.

• Access to Previous Coaching Calls & Event Recordings: Access to recordings from past coaching calls and events (where applicable).

Note: The specific benefits, frequency, and availability of digital products or coaching calls may vary and are subject to change.

4. MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENT

 

• Membership fees are due at the time of purchase and will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Femme Lead to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.

• Femme Lead reserves the right to modify membership fees. Any changes will be communicated in advance, with options to cancel if you do not agree to the new rates.

5. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

• Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Effective at Renewal: Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next billing period.

• No Partial Refunds: Femme Lead does not offer refunds for memberships once a billing period has started, except in cases of technical errors or unauthorized charges.

6. MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

 

• Members must comply with Femme Lead’s Community Guidelines when interacting in the private community group. This includes respectful communication, maintaining confidentiality, and refraining from spam, harassment, or self-promotion.

• Membership access is non-transferable. Sharing login credentials or member-only content with non-members is prohibited and may result in membership termination.

• Femme Lead reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the membership and its benefits if a member violates these Terms or engages in inappropriate or illegal conduct.

7. CONTENT USAGE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

 

• All content provided through the membership, including digital products, coaching call recordings, and community discussions, is proprietary to Femme Lead.

• Members may not redistribute, reproduce, or share membership content outside the Femme Lead community without written permission.

• Femme Lead reserves the right to use anonymized or aggregated insights from community discussions to improve its offerings or generate resources.

• Discounts on merchandise and networking events cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

• Discounts are non-transferable and are applicable only to the registered member.

• Access to the Resource Vault and other digital content is for personal use only. Sharing, reproducing, or distributing this content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAYMERS

 

• Femme Lead aims to provide valuable networking and professional development resources, but does not guarantee specific career outcomes or personal growth results.

• Member benefits, including coaching calls and access to community groups, are intended to support professional development, not to replace professional services, therapy, or counselling.

• Femme Lead is not liable for any actions or consequences resulting from the use of membership resources, including third-party services or events.

9. CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS

 

Femme Lead reserves the right to update or modify these Membership Terms at any time, with notice provided through email or the website. Continued use of the membership after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen.
